Main purpose of role: Carry out multiple property visits each day, delivering accurate Energy Performance Certificates to enable properties to be marketed quickly and effectively.
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm

Key Responsibilities
Provide Guidance to Property Management hubs regarding improvements to portfolio properties regarding MEES legislation.
Be able to train and support new energy assessors starting their career with the team through either Elmhurst or Quidos.
Carry out domestic Energy Performance Certificates in line with current legislation, accreditation body requirements and industry standards.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EPC legislation, building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
Support our in house support team with queries and improvement requests.
Requirements & Skills
Level 3 DEA qualification and a clean DBS check.
At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience with strong knowledge of DEA conventions.
Smart, professional and reliable.
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of the London area.
Willing to travel across Central London (travel costs covered).
Full UK driving licence and own car required.
Management experience (desirable).
Construction and/or commercial EPC qualifications (desirable).
